Job Summary

Onsemi is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven professional to join our Reliability team. As a Staff Reliability engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead the qualification of advanced technologies and participate in a broad range of reliability activities in a dynamic working environment. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative products at a high-quality level.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with technology development teams for reliability assessments and provide expert guidance on reliability-related matters.
* Review existing reliability issues and potential issues with new technologies, materials, or processes, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Create reliability assessment plans to discover potential reliability issues and conduct statistical data analysis to understand and report reliability assessment results.
* Collaborate with internal labs for reliability stress tests and failure analyses, and develop new reliability test methods with internal labs.
* Design accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models.
