Radiation Effects Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Effects Engineer to lead our efforts in ensuring our designs survive and perform in their mission environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide technical leadership of a Radiation Effects Engineering team providing a competitive edge to GDMS programs
- Ensure the technical success of GDMS radiation effects efforts
- Drive new technology and capabilities initiatives and road-maps
- Ensure the success of the mission through proactive program engagement and innovative ideas
Requirements:
- Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle
- Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence management skills, with notable record of securing buy-in on concepts and ideas
- Experienced in the art of negotiation with ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics

Salary Range:
USD $149, USD $166,192.60 /Yr.
