Core Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling: Efficiently receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments. Ensure proper storage and safety of all items.
  • Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch based on customer requests, maintaining a high standard of accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels through regular stock assessments and report any discrepancies. Ensure that inventory is systematically organized and easily accessible.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments and manage incoming goods, confirming that all deliveries are complete and accurate.
  • Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with fellow team members to ensure seamless operations and timely task completion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic mathematical and organizational skills.
  • Capability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as required.
