At Performance Food Group, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Driver to join our team. As a Logistics Driver, you will be responsible for driving a tractor-trailer, tandem trailer, and/or straight trucks on intrastate and/or interstate routes to pick up Logistics' loads and/or other related food and non-food product loads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and/or PFG warehouse locations according to a predetermined route and delivery schedule.
- Perform all duties in accordance with DOT regulations and Company health and safety policies.
- Check and complete in an accurate and legible fashion all the required paper work associated with backhaul operations.
- Routinely check in with direct supervisor to confirm route, load and schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL); meet the medical requirements of the DOT.
- Commercial driving experience; experience in foodservice distribution industry.
