Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive Bankruptcy Legal Consultant to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will manage and direct bankruptcy cases, offer legal guidance to clients, and work collaboratively with various departments to enhance growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy submissions.
  • Prepare and negotiate documentation related to bankruptcy.
  • Serve as a reliable legal advisor to clients, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to foster company growth.
Requirements
  • Active bar license in Ohio (preferred).
