ICM Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICM Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As an ICM Therapist, you will provide intensive case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to identify client needs and connect them to community resources.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans to promote hospital diversion, increase client self-sufficiency, and find the most appropriate and least restrictive placement.
• Provide diverse clinical approaches through a strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens, including therapy, case management, and skills training in various community settings.
• Work collaboratively with the field-based team to identify client needs, determine appropriate levels of support, and connect clients to community resources.
• Develop quick therapeutic rapport with clients and maintain clear and consistent therapeutic boundaries.

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration, which requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
• Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and working with SPMI populations is preferred.

• A competitive salary range of $6,000 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials.
• A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
