About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICM Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As an ICM Therapist, you will provide intensive case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to identify client needs and connect them to community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans to promote hospital diversion, client self-sufficiency, and least restrictive placement.
  • Provide therapy, case management, and skills training in various community settings to support clients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify client needs and connect them to community resources.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Experience working with SPMI population and performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $87,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
