Dynamic Guest Service at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with lodging and local area information
  • Perform guest reservations, check-in, and checkout procedures
  • Assign guests to rooms based on requests and arrival times
  • Perform basic cashier and cash handling duties
  • Assist guests with retail purchases
Requirements:
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous direct guest service experience
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment operation
