As a member of our Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will provide exceptional care to patients with a range of cardiac conditions, including STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization care, CHF, arrhythmia, and blood pressure management.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of patient acuity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
