About the Role

RideDrop, a new brand by Tom Gill Chevrolet, is seeking a skilled Customer Advocate to deliver a seamless digital car buying experience to customers outside the Cincinnati area.

This role involves educating customers about RideDrop's services, assisting them through the car-buying journey, and building relationships to ensure a stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone, text, email, chat, and video chat to provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and purchase options.
  • Conduct virtual walk-arounds to help customers understand vehicle features.
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Engage in conversations related to vehicle purchase inquiries, issue resolution, and customer support.

  • Ability to adapt to new situations and be flexible.
  • Desire to solve problems with a customer-centric approach.
  • Sense of humor and ability to work with urgency.
  • Understanding of teamwork and collaboration.
