Member Services Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - Midwest Management Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage front desk tasks, including answering phones, greeting members, checking members in, signing up new members, and giving facility tours.
  • Update member accounts as needed and address member inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining club cleanliness and contribute to a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for efficient task completion.
  • A passion for fitness and health is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively interact with members and colleagues.
  • CPR certification is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
