About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Jobot. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our platform, from developers to end customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, engaging, and effective interfaces that simplify complex interactions and ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create user-centered solutions that enhance the functionality and appeal of our platform.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar UI/UX design software.
  • Experience in SaaS Platforms: Familiarity with designing for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms or similar complex web-based systems.
  • Experience with Data Visualization: Skills in designing effective data visualizations to communicate complex data insights clearly and engagingly.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand the technical constraints and possibilities of your designs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of identifying user pain points and designing creative, practical solutions that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, and information architecture.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in design execution, ensuring high-quality and polished deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of IoT Technologies: Understanding of IoT concepts, and their implications for user experience design.
  • Mobile Design Experience: Experience designing for mobile platforms, including an understanding of mobile user interface principles and constraints.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how they impact the design and development process.
