The Product Development Engineer plays a crucial role in the lifecycle of our products, engaging in all facets of development from initial concept to final production. This position requires collaboration with a focused team of engineers to transform innovative ideas into high-quality sporting goods. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a desire to deepen their understanding of the comprehensive product development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating product ideas and assessing concepts
- Creating CAD models for product designs
- Conducting hands-on prototyping, including 3D printing technologies
- Performing laboratory testing on products and components
- Developing product specifications and technical drawings
- Analyzing and interpreting test data
- Assisting in the establishment of quality control procedures and documentation
- Coordinating directly with suppliers, including international partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Design
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude
