Position Title: Construction Site Manager
Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours Weekly
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
- Developing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project completion.
- Enhancing resource allocation for optimal project performance.
- Ensuring project efficiency and quality control in line with organizational standards.
- Selecting and managing subcontractors while coordinating their activities.
- Conducting regular safety audits to maintain a secure work environment.
- Preparing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety protocols.
- Tracking project advancement and financial expenditures.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- A minimum of four years' experience in construction site management or a comparable position.
- Preferred certifications such as those from the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to enforce compliance with safety and quality measures and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders.
