About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Harbison. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet membership sales goals
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
  • Excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Capable of working flexible hours including some weekends
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements:
