Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurologist to lead our Movement Disorders Division as Division Head. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of our clinical program and contribute to the advancement of neurologic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Movement Disorders Division, ensuring alignment with Henry Ford Health's overall goals and objectives.
- Advance Clinical Care: Foster a culture of excellence in patient care, driving the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovative treatments, including deep brain stimulation, botulinum toxin, and other cutting-edge therapies.
- Grow Research and Education: Lead the development of a robust clinical research program, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes. Provide educational opportunities for medical students, residents, and fellows, ensuring the next generation of neurologists is equipped to tackle complex movement disorders.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Division.
Requirements
- Board certification in Neurology
- Completion of an ACGME/AOA-approved Neurology residency with additional fellowship training in Movement Disorders
- Proven track record of leadership, research, and administrative experience in a clinical setting
