The Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital of Michigan is seeking a skilled Adolescent Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a member of our division, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and contributing to quality improvement and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to patients from 11 to 21 years old, including routine physical examinations, immunizations, and reproductive health services
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents in the Division of Adolescent Medicine
- Contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives within the division and with other specialists
- Participate in academic collaboration and curriculum development
Requirements:
- Board Certification with the American Board of Pediatrics
- Fellowship training and Board Eligible/Certified in Adolescent Medicine
- Academic experience in medical education, curriculum development, and evaluation
- Eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Michigan
