    • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]
  • 2+ years of experience in Level 3 or 4 NICU
  • Experience with high-frequency oscillators, conventional ventilators, SiPAP, NIPPV, bubble CPAP, and multiple drips/meds
  • Proficiency in PICC and UAC/UVC line management
  • BLS and NRP certification
  • Ability to work holidays (Christmas Eve/Day or New Year's Eve/Day, and Thanksgiving or the day after)
