Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $1926.38 per week, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Additionally, you will receive tax-free stipends when applicable, gym discounts, and a weekly pay structure.

Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized patient care in the ICU
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
