Job Opportunity

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Burke, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician.
  • Develop and implement individualized ST plans of care, making adjustments as needed.
  • Guide patients and their families in the use of therapeutic activities and home exercise programs to improve swallowing, breathing, cognition, speech, and communication.
  • Counsel patients and families on disease management and prevention, minimizing risk and promoting positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a ST in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to meet all physical demands of the job.
