KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise sales staff during your shift
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff
  • Ensure the store's presentation meets company standards
  • Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including paperwork, bank deposits, inventory management, cash audits, and order processing
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends

REQUIREMENTS
