About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Agile Project Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity with a salary range of $45-$55 per hour.

About the Role

The Agile Project Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating Scrum practices and removing team impediments to form a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master, excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and facilitate Scrum practices to the team
  • Remove team impediments to ensure the team's success
  • Collaborate with offshore teams
  • Lead Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Maintain knowledge of Agile tools such as Rally and Clarity

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master
  • Efficient with Agile tools
  • Local to the Atlanta area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Agile certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
