Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to join our team at nLeague. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on technology development projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Job
  • This is a remote-based position that requires candidates to reside within 400 miles of the DECAL headquarters, allowing for in-person meetings as needed.

The CAPS Project Coordinator will report to the CAPS Senior Technical Solutions Manager and work closely with the Agile Solution Manager to manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project leadership in business and technology initiatives, as well as management of overall project tasks.
  • Maintain a central repository for all project documentation, including status reporting, risk management, issue management, and change management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, tracking project changes, including scope and timeline.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials related to project.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, meeting minutes, resource participation, and action items.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two or more years of project management/coordination experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND four or more years of project management/coordination experience; and the following:
  • Experience with technology development projects
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Project Management software
  • Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases
Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a remote-based position that requires occasional in-person meetings, typically performed in an office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, or walking in various settings.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
