Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Project Administrator to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Code 34 Periscope & Imaging In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Support: Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and Project leads, ensuring the daily operations of the program run smoothly.
  • Action Item Tracking: Monitor and track action items, review documents, and provide logistic support for the Program Team.
  • Meeting Support: Plan and execute meeting support, including logistics, meeting minutes, and actions.
  • Brief Preparation: Assist in the preparation of briefs and participate in program schedule reviews.
  • Calendar Management: Develop and maintain the Team's master calendar, ensuring day-to-day progress against scheduled milestones and deliverables.
  • Financial Management: Review purchase requisitions and travel requests for sufficient funds and compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Subcontract Management: Monitor subcontract deliverables and Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP).
Requirements & Skills:
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and planning skills to ensure the team stays on schedule and meets required due dates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and typing skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently, collaboratively as part of a team, and interface regularly with a wide range of client personnel.
  • Initiative: Strong initiative, willing to ask questions and conduct research.
  • Education: An associate degree or above in an administrative or business field is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience with practices and procedures for CMMI Software Development Level 3 or greater is a plus.
  • Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required and an active DoD secret security clearance.
