Talent Development Professional

Heath Consultants Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems that align with the organization's strategic goals and enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals and objectives.
- Develop and communicate performance management policies and procedures.
- Ensure performance goals align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Design and implement tools and processes for monitoring employee performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Employee Development:
- Identify and address performance gaps through targeted training and development programs.
- Work with managers to create individualized development plans for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Development or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Have the ability to travel about 25% of the time.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
This is a Hybrid position located in the Hobby Airport area of Houston, TX
