Accounts Receivable Specialist

PARR is a leading provider of building materials and solutions to professional home builders. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, verifying and posting receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve discrepancies and provide customer service regarding collection challenges.
- Work closely with team members to create revenue-generating strategies and achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure efficient and timely payment of accounts, while establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable principles, practices, and protocols.
- Knowledge of lien laws and bond rights in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho (preferred).
- Understanding of the building industry (preferred).
- Ten-key typing skills.
- Ability to operate a personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and other necessary equipment.
- Ability to speak, write, and read English.
- Must be able to type 40+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable transportation.
- Competitive hourly rate ($22-$28).
- Monday-Friday schedule (7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm).
- In-office role.
- Location: Hillsboro, Oregon.
