Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Mapco Express. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced retail environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and meeting company standards;
  • Following company cash control policies and procedures;
  • Adhering to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services;
  • Obeying company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation;
  • Maintaining store appearance by detailing cleaning of the interior and exterior according to company standards;
  • Stocking and rotating products, including coolers and freezers;
  • Completing training activities and passing minimum job performance standards;
  • Following company general rules of conduct and code of ethics;
  • Motivating sales associates to grow store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques;
  • Assisting the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in-store to meet company standards and guidelines;

This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
