Sales and Service Associate Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Associate Leader to join our team at Carl Black Chevrolet of Nashville. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple requests and inquiries from customers, while also working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors and customers, referring them to the appropriate person or department when necessary.
- Handle all incoming calls and administrative duties, maintaining excellent communication with customers and colleagues alike.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to follow up on all internet leads and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Schedule Service appointments and maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and comfortable learning new technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
