Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Solutions Expert to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading parts research and technical documentation analysis across various product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research efforts utilizing Dematic documentation systems for various products.
  • Develop system design layouts and replacements to evaluate costs for hardware components, focusing on generating quotations for part replacements.
  • Collaborate across functions to guarantee precise and efficient commercialization, including categorizing parts and assemblies for cost and pricing purposes.
  • Determine parts to be sold to customers and devise strategies to handle outdated parts.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to identify recommended spare parts for new products.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance on equipment-related inquiries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing departmental workflows.
  • Represent the team in meetings and discussions related to product development.
  • Perform assigned duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in parts research and technical documentation analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and team mentoring experience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with material handling products and related technologies a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Maestro, and AutoCAD advantageous.
