We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Real Hope Real Help Psychology and ABA Center. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality ABA services to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ABA treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Provide parent training and supervision to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies.
- Conduct ABA assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality ABA services.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of ABA services and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or related field).
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility for certification.
- At least two years of experience in ABA services, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective ABA treatment plans.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Quarterly bonuses of up to $16,000 per year, based on productivity.
- A sign-on bonus of $6,000.00 upon signing a contract for 18 months, after successful completion of references and background checks.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
