Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing fire marketing campaigns, developing assets to support our go-to-market strategy for the Fire PPE market, and analyzing market reactions and competitive developments to optimize marketing strategies and communications.
Key Responsibilities- Scope, Plan, and Execute Fire Product Marketing Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to launch new fire products in line with the go-to-market strategy for North America.
- Develop Effective Messaging and Positioning: Create compelling messaging and positioning for the fire product portfolio to drive awareness and sales engagement.
- Create Customer-Facing Content: Develop and refine effective content, including web content, solution briefs, and sales enablement assets to drive awareness and sales engagement.
- Analyze Market Reactions and Competitive Developments: Monitor market reactions and competitive developments to optimize marketing strategies and communications.
- Work with Go-to-Market Teams: Collaborate with the broader go-to-market teams to implement promotional programs, tools, and communications to support the go-to-market strategy.
- Plan and Organize Trade Shows: Assist in planning and organizing trade shows for the North American fire market.
- 3+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven experience working within a marketing organization with a strong focus in product marketing, campaign development, and marketing tactics.
- Team Environment: 3+ years of experience working in a team environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Marketing Platform Experience: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or a similar marketing platform.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Fire and/or Safety Industry: Familiarity with the Fire and/or Safety industry.
- Content Development: Demonstrated proficiency with content development and optimization.
- Creative Tools: Experience using creative tools such as Cava, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applications.
- Marketing or Sales Experience: Experience with a manufacturer or distributor in Marketing or Sales.
