Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general payroll assistance, which may involve working with departments such as Accounts Payable or G/L accounting. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while determining priorities.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
* Prepare reports on earnings, taxes, and deductions
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support to employees
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in office administration or bookkeeping
* Strong organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
