**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Texas A&M University's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services and supervising and training clinical trainees.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance, Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other related field and six years of behavioral health-related experience. Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Supervisor Credentials (LCSW-S) in the State of Texas or Licensed Professional Counselor with Supervisor Credentials (LPC-S) in the State of Texas is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing mental health and clinical services, including detailed psychiatric evaluations and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy
  • Assisting with intake and referral systems needs of the program
  • Leading family and patient education, therapy groups, and workshops
  • Serving as a biopsychosocial expert in multidisciplinary care teams

**What We Offer**
