Restaurant Manager Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of hourly associates to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor cost control.
