iAnthus Capital Management is a leading cannabis company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Services: Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Compliance and Operations: Maintain accurate patient intake forms, ensure compliance with local and state regulations, and perform general office duties such as filing and record-keeping.
- Training and Development: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, HIPAA requirements, and inventory management, and participate in quarterly team meetings to drive business growth and improvement.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, review daily sales, and implement brand marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Computer literacy and experience with POS systems is desirable.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17 USD.
