About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient-centric team, you will be responsible for assisting in all daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional patient services.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner
• Ensure accurate and complete patient intake forms
• Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
• Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
• Perform general office work, such as filing records and operating copy machines
• Provide feedback to management on patient satisfaction and concerns
• Maintain proper recordkeeping, including patient intake forms and cash handling records
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Deliver exceptional patient services and maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Salary:

$17 USD per hour
