Dispensary Associate

The Dispensary Associate will play a vital role in assisting with daily operations of a dispensary, engaging with patients, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the cannabis industry.

• Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
• Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
• Perform general office work, such as filing records and using email
• Provide feedback to management on patient satisfaction
• Maintain proper recordkeeping, including patient intake forms and cash handling records

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds

• A competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, with cash tips
