Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the superintendent to prepare and manage the project timeline
  • Comprehensively understand and enforce owner contracts
  • Identify project risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage project finances, including:
    • Project Buy Out and Subcontracts
    • Change Orders
    • Budget Modifications
    • Owner Statements of Value & Billings
    • Monthly Project Status Updates
  • Coordinate and facilitate project communication
  • Support and manage the project superintendent
  • Ensure compliance with job site safety regulations
  • Lead all project-related meetings
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Assist in reviewing all RFIs and submissions
    • Support subcontractor insurance compliance
  • Oversee the development and training of all project staff

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Sage 300, Procore, or similar construction management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe
