Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents, families, and visitors with inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience; warmly greet all guests and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Oversee the reception area for visitors and guests, directing them as needed; handle incoming calls and messages, and manage packages for residents.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby environment; collaborate with the activity director to promote resident engagement.
- Address inquiries and conduct tours in the absence of management, facilitating a welcoming experience for potential residents.
- Encourage resident participation in community activities.
- Adhere to and communicate company policies and procedures effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A genuine compassion for and desire to assist seniors
- Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and the public
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Compliance with health requirements, including screenings and clearances
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background checks
- First Aid certification is required
