About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Field Service Engineer to join our team at Crane Payment Innovations. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading industrial technology company that provides proprietary and trusted technology solutions to secure, detect, and authenticate what matters most to its customers.

As a Global Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, fixing, upgrading, and performing preventative maintenance on coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software, and specialized office products located at client sites in Corona and surrounding areas. You will work in coordination with sales and service at your branch, addressing customer service requests within the specified contract response time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on company equipment
  • Travel by company-provided vehicle on a daily basis to client sites
  • Work with branch employees to satisfy client needs
  • Address customer service requests within the specified contract response time
  • Extended Hours Coverage periods and On-Call duty where applicable
  • Safeguard and maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory
  • Upkeep and cleanliness of company-issued vehicle including scheduled service intervals
  • Safeguarding of any company-issued assets including tablet computer and mobile phone
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of working in Technical Service position or similar background
  • Impeccable Integrity
  • Must be able to gain access to highly secured environments
  • Occupational licenses may be necessary to obtain depending on territory/accounts
  • Strong electromechanical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a positive attitude
  • Strong Attention to details - able to proof their own work
  • Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications, and Windows OS
  • Personable, approachable, and able to work easily with others at all levels
  • Excellent customer-first communications skills
  • Extroverted and positive personality even in the most dire situations
  • Strong tendency to read and respond to body language and verbal cues
  • Tenacious and has the creativity and determination to continue with even the most difficult assignments
  • Exceptionally well-organized and able to prioritize their work
  • Ability to set and track goals for themselves
  • Ability to multi-task and work on more than one project at a time
  • Ability to initiate and follow through on assignments without any coaching and work as a proactive team player

  • Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
