Executive Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at José Andrés Group restaurants. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and reproducing menu items that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats to meet high-quality standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and meet customer demands.
- Stay up-to-date with menu trends and ingredients, continuously learning and improving your skills.

Requirements:
