About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our US e-commerce recommendation team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving long-term e-commerce business development on TikTok by leveraging the power of recommendation and personalization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that analyzes and identifies business problems/opportunities in the global(US/EU/SEA) market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and iterate our strategies and products.
  • Define product key milestones and manage product development cycles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recommendation/ad delivery/search products, with a preference for e-commerce platform recommendation/e-commerce ad delivery products.
  • Strong cross-team/culture collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Fast learning and self-driving ability.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple time zones.
