Job Title: Housing Intake Specialist

Catholic Charities is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to work as a Housing Intake Specialist at our Evergreen location.

Job Summary:

The Housing Intake Specialist will work closely with Property Management to ensure vacancies are filled and residential processes are followed. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain referrals for vacant units through Coordinated Entry
  • Assist applicants with the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct criminal background checks and notify rejected applicants
  • Prepare tenant files and inspect vacancies before move-in
  • Coordinate orientations and move-in procedures
  • Enter client information into databases and follow up with clients
  • Collaborate with other Housing Intake workers and Navigators to maintain best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in housing program management/development
  • High level proficiency in Yardi, Credible, and Sharepoint
  • Ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations
Working Conditions:

This is a regular, full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary range of $22.50 - $26.30 per hour.
