Office Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Operations Specialist to join our team at the University of Central Oklahoma. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will provide administrative support to department professionals and offices, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Managing the flow of correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Coordinating department events and meetings.
- Performing data entry and monitoring budgets.
Additionally, you will work closely with the department chairperson and faculty members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is $15-$20 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
