About the Role

Cicis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures that meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service and quality food.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our management team to achieve financial goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management role
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, staff supervision, and inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
