Job Title: IT Specialist Junior

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist Junior to join our team in Miramar, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems in a stand-alone and client-server environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and resolve customer IT problems
  • Effect required hardware upgrades and repair to maintain mission capability
  • Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and various transmission media
  • Ensure the proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for efficient operation on the network
  • Install, optimize, and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Base Area Networks (BAN)
Requirements:
  • High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and 2 years of relevant experience
  • US Citizen with an active DOD Secret clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification and a Microsoft Associate Level certification
Benefits:
