Responsibilities- Evaluate and revise care plans, adapting to the evolving needs of your patients.
- Develop and implement home care plans, illuminating the path to rehabilitation.
- Empower patients to embrace new possibilities in their healing journey, leveraging your intuitive knowledge of technology.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced.
- Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
