Job Title: Clinical Director

Telecare Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at the Pierce County Evaluation and Treatment center in Milton, Washington.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director will provide leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee clinical services and standards of care for our clients
  • Communicate with community partners and local systems of care to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee documentation by clinical staff and perform audits to ensure adherence to state and county requirements
  • Assist with new hire orientation, training, and mentorship for clinical staff
  • Recruit, screen, hire, onboard, and evaluate clinical staff

Requirements:

  • Two years of post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families, and advisory boards
  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services
  • One year of leadership experience in a relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient)
  • Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing)
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
