Job Title: Director of Inpatient Hospice Operations

At AccentCare, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Inpatient Hospice Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our inpatient hospice facility in Milton, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of clinical management experience in hospice care
  • Registered Nurse License in all applicable states
  • Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification preferred
