Ambulatory Pharmacy Director

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of pharmacy services across hematology, oncology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and infectious disease departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff schedules and develop and grow hospital pharmacy programs
- Participate in various hospital committees and identify areas of improvement and cost savings
- Oversee specialty residency programs and provide financial oversight of pharmacy budgets
- Ensure optimal patient outcomes and provide direct involvement in staff education
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain
- Progressive leadership in oncology or ambulatory pharmacy setting
